3. Project Terms

3.1 Project Scope

All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly defined in written agreements before commencement of work.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be agreed upon before project commencement. Typically, payments are structured as:

  • Advance payment: 20-30% of total project cost
  • Milestone payments: Based on project progress
  • Final payment: Upon project completion and handover

3.3 Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Material availability
  • Regulatory approvals
  • Client-requested changes

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project requirements
  • Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
  • Making timely payments as agreed
  • Providing access to the construction site
  • Coordinating with other contractors if applicable

5. Warranty and Guarantees

5.1 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on workmanship for all completed projects.

5.2 Material Warranty

Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and suppliers as per their terms.

6. Liability and Insurance

Parthavi Infra maintains appropriate insurance coverage for:

  • General liability insurance
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Workers' compensation insurance

Our liability is limited to the total project value unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Labor disputes
  • Material shortages
  • Pandemic or health emergencies

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and technical documents created by Parthavi Infra remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiations
  • Mediation if negotiations fail
  • Arbitration as a final resort

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Modifications
